When you’re ready to do the healing work, and even when you’re still uncertain, I am here to walk alongside you and meet you where you are along the way. There have been moments, like echoes of time and memory, that seem to bring us back to versions of ourselves we have not yet made peace with. The realities we’ve once lived that still feel surreal to this day. I am here to remind you that you can breathe again. No matter where you are along your journey, and no matter where life has taken you or where you wish to go — know that you are incredible, forget judgment, I am so glad you survived. Life and healing are a complex multilinear process, we can always return to ourselves, we can always become more than we’d ever hoped to be. We can always feel better again, or perhaps, give meaning to that for the first time. You are not alone, your experiences are real, your feelings are valid — and as far back into the depths of darkness or emotion that you have once felt — know what you can propel that much further into the light and the beautiful life, the best YOU, you have always deserved.
“The farther back into the darkness you pull the rubber band, when you finally let go, it will fly that much farther and faster into the light. You have created a reality of extremes, so that when you do finally let go of the negative extreme, you will experience such an ecstatic positive extreme, there will be no question and no doubt that you’ve transformed. It is the beauty of how to use contrast in a very powerful way.” ~Bashar
